For this morning of learning and conversation, participants will act as students and participate in classroom-ready experiences featuring the Desmos graphing calculator. Learn about functions, lists, tables, regressions, folders and ideas for formative and summative assessments, presented by a classroom teacher who uses these moves regularly in his high school classroom. This session is ideal for teachers new to Desmos, and those looking to level up their skills.
Day 2 of the Summer Desmos Training offers teachers the opportunity to personalize their learning by selecting three one-hour sessions based on their interests and instructional needs. Session options will include topics such as AP Statistics, SAT and standardized test preparation, linear concepts for grades 7–9, geometry, and more.
